ABOUT THE SESSION & INNER WORK This is a crystallisation process, to gain clarity on which areas of your Life will provide the highest yield when you invest into optimising them at this time (your priorities may change over time). We address points how you can increase Awareness so that you become more conscious of what is not optimally working now (and why), learn how to experiment with ways of improvement, how you can shift perspectives and your mindset around necessary Changes to evolve the quality of your Life and Leadership. Habits, Flow performance, authentic Leadership practices, finding more Balance are key pieces to that. Instead of the more time intensive, comprehensive programmes I used to offer, the one-off sessions provide a flexibility and freedom of arrangement to personal needs, that seems to be more ideal. That is why I streamlined my offering solely to this type of session for now. We can naturally stack sessions or have regularly scheduled ones - that will be the individual tailoring to get the most benefit for your current Life situation.
