You give your consent when you sign up that you've read these terms, but you may withdraw that consent at any time.

who can use my website

Anyone who cares about their Personal Growth and Life in general, and just wants to learn about different perspectives.

signing up as a member

In case you sign up as a Member and you upload content (profile image or blog comments etc.) for disclosure on my Website, it is important that that is your own.

The Member profiles in Wix are set up in such a way that its content is not visible to other Site Members as a default, however you can change that setup and make your profile public if you choose to.

​You recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to images) through any means to the Website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the Website.

ATTENDANCE, CANCELLATION, DEPOSIt, refund and payment policies

Recommendation for before purchase: inform yourself via the content here, by messaging me, sending me email questions, so that your choice is confident when you make the investment into Coaching.

CURRENT Coaching Journeys:

Impact Strategy Session - PAID IN FULL before session

I. Refund for long-term programmes (including more than 2 sessions or over 1 month) - IF INCLUDED IN CURRENT OFFERING

If for any reason you cannot participate in the programme as planned - programme not started:

(a) you can withdraw from the programme within 24 hours of sign-up and I offer you a full refund within 8 days from the date of payment received.

If you have already started a programme, but for any reason cannot or choose not to complete it

(a) within the first 24 hours of start or after the first coaching session, notify me and you get a full refund 

​

(b) you decide to abort the programme after having completed 2 or more coaching sessions, the already held sessions won't be refunded, but you will receive the full refund for the remaining (unused sessions) part of the programme within 8 days.

​

(c) if you decide to start, then abort the programme and reapply again, we will clarify and address if the reasons are quite plain and we can proceed successfully, or there seem to be any unconscious patterns at work that may influence/sabotage your commitment. For the latter we may work out tailored Terms that will be different from the standard (e.g. different refund policy).

II. Refund for short-term programmes (up to 2 sessions or 1 month)

If for any reason you cannot participate in the programme as planned - programme not started:

(a) you can withdraw from the programme within 24 hours of sign-up and I offer you a full refund within 8 days from the date of payment received.

If you have already started a programme, but for any reason cannot or choose not to complete it

(a) notify me 24 hours BEFORE start of the first coaching session, and you get a full refund

Whether it's an intense programme with set timeline or you want to withdraw from the Monthly Membership

OR you want to rearrange your investment from one programme into another, we shall agree upon a tailored win-win solution for the situation.

​

III. Attendance

In case a session within the programme that you have already paid for, cannot be attended by me for a reason outside my control, we can choose to agree on a reschedule of the session to a new date within 30 days, based on mutual availability.

In case a session within the programme that you have already paid for, cannot be attended by me for a reason within my control, we can choose to agree on a reschedule of the session to a new date within 30 days:

(a) you receive that session for free (if already paid for, it will be reimbursed), or

(b) you can choose to have an extra bonus session added to the programme.

 

In the event the programme is terminated by me for any reason, you are entitled to a prorated refund of the unused portion of your fee.

IV. Payment policy including deposits

Your investment will be different for the programmes, in the following manner:

Short-term programmes/one-off sessions below 1000GBP will need to be paid in full before the first coaching session starts.

​

For the long-term programmes above 1000GBP you'll pay a deposit of 500GBP before the start of the first coaching session and pay the rest of the amount by start of the second coaching session.

In individual cases we can discuss and agree upon specific instalment options as needed.

We apply in-advance payments, so that I can secure your place in the programmes.

Retention of right to change offering

I may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services I offer; or create limits for the services. I may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

confidentiality

Everything that is shared in the sessions as well as any related written, video or audio material of your Coaching Journey, is considered confidential and kept safe within the boundaries and requirements of the law.

​

Key commercial Terms

The website includes sale of services, they include the main commercial terms for purchasing such services. Subscriptions to a service, the Terms define the terms, the payable fees, and terms of subscription renewal.

When buying an item, you agree that:

(a) you are responsible for reading the full description before making a commitment to buy it and address your questions and queries regarding the service before purchase

(b) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy a service and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices I charge for using my services are listed on the Website. I reserve the right to change my prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method.

The prices on the website are in British Pounds (GBP). In case you are transferring money using a different currency, the payment is based on the exchange rates on the day of payment.

ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos

Use the content freely and fairly for your and others' benefit, respecting my Intellectual Property and via learning creating your own.

I like to create my own images, so mostly you will see those on the pages and especially my Food for Thought blog (except most backgrounds of wood textures or this pattern here, which are from the Wix/Unsplash portfolio).

I do believe that most of us like to create our original, authentic expressions via our Art - be it in business or any personal expressions.

We are simply learning to distill all the external learning and influences and create our unique flavours. Those who don't yet and simply copy without own effort or aren't referencing the original artist where it would be appropriate to do so, are still in a different phase of the learning process - as I see it. I do my best to reference where I'm utilising free public content from the internet and link to the source e.g. in the Recommended Resources in my Blog articles.

Right to suspend or cancel user account

I'd be curious how you could in any way misuse the website. Please don't, or at least let me know how and why that happened. I love to learn about the nature of things.

You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. I can also cancel it.

Subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment

My RIGHT TO CHANGe, modify and amend

These Terms of Use may be revised, amended or changed at any time by me by amending this page or or notices published elsewhere on my site. I also love to simplify things and make it leaner as I'm learning along the way.

​Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tamara Mihályi, the owner of this Website harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the Website or any of the services offered on the Website.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Tamara Mihályi, the website owner, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tamara Mihályi assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

Promotional emails and content

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from me, by mail, email and other contact forms we define in mutual agreement, such as applications with voice/video/text message feature. 

If you don't want to receive promotional materials or notices – please just notify me at any time.

Preference of law and dispute resolution

It is common to define the location of the courts that have jurisdiction over disputes between the website owner and any customer or user.

Some Terms include provisions enforcing arbitration procedures as the sole dispute resolution mechanism. It is also possible to waive certain legal proceedings (such as a jury trial or class actions).

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of Hungary, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Budapest, Hungary or Scotland. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded, due to the natures of these services.

On my website all users have a private profile which they can make public if they wish to do that.
